History - Two Brothers Bar-B-Q

Two Brothers Bar-B-Q was established in 2004. Like a lot of barbecue restaurants that start out small they competed at rib cook off’s and catered to thousands of people at fairs and festivals in Pennsylvania and surrounding states.

In 2005, they opened their first take out location which continues to produce traditional and some very unique barbecue items. From their award-winning baby back ribs, awesome hickory smoked pulled pork sandwich to their delicious shrimp and bacon po-boy.  They continue to smoke their traditional barbecue low and slow for hours while thinking up new and innovative menu items.

2010 brought three brand new custom built wood-fired smokers. These large capacity smokers are capable of cooking 216 pork shoulders, 108 full briskets, 324 chickens or 288 racks of ribs at a time.

Demand for their catering services has been like a snowball running down a steep hill. To keep up with the huge demand, in 2014 multiple fully equipped catering trucks were manufactured. Their professionally catered events now exceed 250 a year.

For 2017 Two Brothers Bar-B-Q continues to grow with a new custom built food truck called the “Pulled Pork Express”. You will be able to see it at private parties,  corporate functions, weddings, music festivals, fairs, sporting events and buzzing around town.

Along the way they have won multiple awards and have been featured in newspapers, magazines and television shows.
