At Two Brothers
Bar-B-Q we realize that everyone's catering
needs are different. With this in mind, we
have designed our catering program into three
different types of catering services in order to
fit your needs and
your budget. The
three types of catering service we offer are the
Express "Drop Off" Catering, Express "With
Staff"
Catering, and our Full Service "On-Site"
Catering.
EXPRESS "DROP OFF" CATERING
The Express Drop Off Catering service is a
complete package designed to feed groups of 30*
or more people at a very reasonable price.
You simply choose the menu items from our
TRADTIONAL BBQ PACKAGE. We provide the
fixins' for your gathering including fresh baked
rolls, hot and mild BBQ sauce, disposable table
cloth, heavy duty paper plates, utensils,
napkins and serving utensils. We deliver
approximately 30 minutes prior to your scheduled
eating time and set up
your tables buffet style
before departing. All of the containers
are disposable for easy clean-up.
$50.00 Set-up and delivery fee (within 25 miles)

EXPRESS "WITH STAFF" CATERING
Express "With Staff" Catering service includes
us bringing our fabulous BBQ out to the site of
your function. A Two Brothers Bar-B-Q
staff member will remain on-site to assist
guests through the buffet line, while
maintaining proper food temperatures and clean
up of the BBQ serving areas. This package
also includes fresh baked rolls, hot and mild
BBQ sauce, disposable table cloth, heavy duty
paper plates, utensils, napkins and serving
utensils. We will arrive and set up
approximately 30 minutes prior to your scheduled
eating time. Please choose menu items from
our TRADITIONAL BBQ PACKAGE.
$50.00 Set-up fee plus 15% Gratuity
(within 25 miles)
*Minimum requirement for Express
"With Staff" service is 50 people
FULL SERVICE "ON-SITE" CATERING
Our Full Service "On-Site" Catering
service will make your event the one they will
always remember. Your food will be
prepared on site
by our professional and experienced Two Brothers
staff. Simply choose any
package to determine the price per person.
We provide a complete catered experience and
will do our part to make your event a success.
$100.00 On-Site fee plus 15% Gratuity
(within 25 miles)
*Minimum requirement for Full
Service "On-Site" service is 75 people

we'll do the rest!
